Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 Tbs of your favorite hot sauce
- 2 Tbs fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pickle spears, diced
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
- Crackers, chips and/or fresh veggies for dipping
Instructions
- Combine 8oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup pickle juice, 1 Tbs hot sauce, 2 Tbs fresh dill, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in a mixing bowl and combine either with a spatula, fork, or an electric hand mixer to make the job even easier.
- Next, fold in the 2 diced pickle spears and 1 minced jalapeño pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with crackers, chips, cucumber spears, pepper slices or any other dippable veggies.
