Description

Spicy Dill Pickle Dip is ready to rock your next party. It’s a creamy dip with a kick of spice and zesty pickle flavor. An easy appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 Tbs of your favorite hot sauce
  • 2 Tbs fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 pickle spears, diced
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
  • Crackers, chips and/or fresh veggies for dipping

Instructions

  • Combine 8oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup pickle juice, 1 Tbs hot sauce, 2 Tbs fresh dill, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in a mixing bowl and combine either with a spatula, fork, or an electric hand mixer to make the job even easier.
  • Next, fold in the 2 diced pickle spears and 1 minced jalapeño pepper.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with crackers, chips, cucumber spears, pepper slices or any other dippable veggies.
