Description
An easy show-stopper party platter. This four-ingredient cheesecake fruit dip is creamy and tangy like cheesecake and lightly sweetened with preserves.
Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup apricot or peach preserves
- 1/4 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Assorted sliced fruit *see note and crackers
Instructions
- Combine 8oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup preserves, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 tsp cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and beat together using a hand mixer or a strong whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- It will be good for up to a week.
Notes
- If serving this dip with apples or pears, toss them in 1 Tbs lemon juice to prevent browning.
