Description

An easy show-stopper party platter. This four-ingredient cheesecake fruit dip is creamy and tangy like cheesecake and lightly sweetened with preserves.


Ingredients

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup apricot or peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Assorted sliced fruit *see note and sweet crackers

Instructions

  • Combine 8oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup preserves, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 tsp cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and beat together using a hand mixer or a strong whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • It will be good for up to a week.

Notes

  • If serving this dip with apples or pears, toss them in 1 Tbs lemon juice or Sprite soda to prevent browning.
